Meet Stephen

 Stephen Kallas is a lifelong servant leader devoted to justice, community, and the Constitution. Stephen developed a passion for public policy at 15, later serving in the U.S. Navy before moving to Texas in 1997 with his wife Amy to raise their family and pursue lives of service. He earned a degree in political science and history from the University of North Texas and has spent over 30 years in the service business, specializing in customer relations, client disputes, resolutions, and quality assurance, always prioritizing fairness, ethics, and respect. 

A devoted husband, father, and man of faith, Stephen served in student ministry for 20 years, mentoring youth with a strong biblical worldview. His political involvement began in 2011 through the Tea Party, leading to nearly 15 years of grassroots leadership in Collin County. He has served on two county advisory boards, chaired multiple GOP platform and rules committees, and currently serves as First Vice Chair of the Collin County Republican Party. 

Stephen is dedicated to service, truth, and justice. As Justice of the Peace, he will bring common-sense values, fairness, and a deep respect for every individual who enters his courtroom, ensuring all are treated with dignity and impartiality.
