As your full-time Justice of The Peace,

Stephen Kallas will lead the charge to:

• Uphold a true “People’s Court” that is accessible, fair, and

  grounded in justice.

• Redefine a culture of service and accountability within the

  Justice Court.

• Implement Restorative Justice Practices to promote resolution

  over punishment.

• Extend docket hours to better serve working families and

  busy residents.

• Propose holding pop-up court in Prosper and Celina for

  greater local access.

• Modernize public service with self-serve Kiosks to optimize

  convenience.

• Create a Continuous Improvement program to enhance

  responsiveness.

• Engage the Community with outreach programs.

• Support civic education for Collin County government and

  civics classes.
